Policies
Last updated 25 July 2026.
This policy covers products bought directly from 4D Audio through 4daudio.co.uk. Alec Kahney, a sole trader trading as 4D Audio, is established in the United Kingdom. A sole trader is not a separate legal entity, so your contract of sale is with that individual. For readability, this policy refers to that party as "4D Audio" throughout.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — audio plugins, digital products, software, and software licences — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Before You Buy
Customers are responsible for reviewing the system requirements and compatibility information provided on each product page prior to purchase. A free trial of the full plugin is also available, so you can confirm the product works on your system and in your setup before you buy.
Discretionary Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of 4D Audio. If a refund is approved, the associated licence is immediately revoked and access to all related downloads is terminated.
Contact
If you experience any issues with your purchase, contact info@4daudio.co.uk.

Every 4D Audio product is a digital product delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.
Alec Kahney, a sole trader trading as 4D Audio, is established in the United Kingdom. A sole trader is not a separate legal entity, so the party responsible for delivery under this policy is that individual. For readability, this policy refers to that party as "4D Audio" throughout.
Your licence key and download instructions are delivered electronically after purchase, normally straight away. If nothing has reached you within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact info@4daudio.co.uk.
Your licence key and download links can also be retrieved from your account in the 4D Audio Licensing Portal at 4daudio.klevraudio.com/login.
Customers are responsible for retaining access to their account and to the email address associated with it. 4D Audio is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect email details entered at checkout, or by a failure to access the delivery methods provided. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is not delivered at all.

Welcome to 4D Audio.
4D Audio takes your privacy and the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy sets out what information we collect from you, how it is collected and used, how long we retain it, and who we share it with.
This privacy policy is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who We Are
The data controller for personal data collected through this website (4daudio.co.uk) is Alec Kahney, a sole trader trading as 4D Audio ("4D Audio"). A sole trader is not a separate legal entity: the controller is the individual named here, trading under the business name 4D Audio. For readability, this policy refers to that party as "4D Audio" throughout.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@4daudio.co.uk.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide: When you browse our website, buy a product, create an account, or get in touch, you may give us your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share.
Account Data: If you create an account in the 4D Audio Licensing Portal (4daudio.klevraudio.com), we collect and store your name, email address, licence keys, and plugin activation records in order to manage your licences and provide support.
Information Collected Automatically: When you access our website, we automatically collect device and usage information — IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and referring URLs.
Payment Information: Payment data is handled securely by Shopify Payments. 4D Audio does not store your payment card details. Shopify’s privacy policy can be read at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Cookies
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to work — for example, to protect our forms from automated abuse. These are set without consent, as the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 permit. Your basket and your cookie choice are not held in cookies at all: they are stored in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, and are not transmitted to us.
Any cookie that is not strictly necessary is set only where you have given consent through our cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not function properly without cookies.
Third-Party Services On This Website
Three third-party services load on this website and may receive your IP address and basic technical information about your device when they do:
— Google Analytics (Google), for website analytics. It is loaded with consent mode set to deny by default, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics identifiers are stored unless you accept analytics in our cookie notice.
— Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare), for bot protection on our contact and newsletter forms. It is strictly necessary to protect those forms from automated abuse.
— YouTube (Google), for the embedded product videos. These are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set advertising cookies unless you play a video.
Each of these providers processes that data under its own privacy policy. Some are based outside the United Kingdom — see International Transfers below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
— Provide and manage your account and your licences
— Process and fulfil your orders
— Send order confirmations, licence keys, and support correspondence
— Send product updates, offers, and announcements where you have consented (you can opt out at any time)
— Improve our website and our services
Our Lawful Bases
Under Article 6 of the UK GDPR we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases: Contract, where processing is necessary to supply the product and licence you bought; Legitimate interests, for example to secure our systems and improve our services; Legal obligation, for example to keep records we are required by law to keep; and Consent, where you have given it.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Marketing
When you register a licence or create an account through the 4D Audio Licensing Portal, your email address may be added to our contact database and tagged with the product associated with your licence, which helps us send you relevant communications.
We do not send 4D Audio marketing emails without your consent. You can withdraw that consent and opt out of marketing at any time, including by contacting info@4daudio.co.uk.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data for as long as is necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting info@4daudio.co.uk.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers — payment processors, hosting providers, licensing infrastructure and email delivery platforms — solely as necessary to operate our business.
Your information may be transferred as part of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition. We will notify you before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may also disclose your information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of 4D Audio and our users.
International Transfers
Some of the service providers we rely on are located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations where they apply, or otherwise on appropriate safeguards — such as the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider’s Binding Corporate Rules — together with a transfer risk assessment where one is required.
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data, and the rights to rectification, to erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@4daudio.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please raise it with us first at info@4daudio.co.uk so that we have the opportunity to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children. Under Article 8 of the UK GDPR, children in the UK aged 13 or over can consent to online services in their own right; below that age, consent must be given by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has given us personal information, please contact us immediately.

Last updated 14 July 2026.
Welcome to 4D Audio.
These terms and conditions govern your use of 4daudio.co.uk and of all products and services offered by 4D Audio. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by them.
Who We Are
These terms are a contract with Alec Kahney, a sole trader trading as 4D Audio ("4D Audio"). A sole trader is not a separate legal entity: the contracting party is the individual named here, trading under the business name 4D Audio. For readability, these terms refer to that party as "4D Audio" throughout.
You can reach us at info@4daudio.co.uk.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time — continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Products
4D Audio sells downloadable audio plugin software and related digital products. Our products, and the intellectual property in them, are owned by or licensed to 4D Audio and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the applicable End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and to termination in accordance with that EULA. Where these Terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA shall control with respect to product usage and licensing.
No product may be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without the express written permission of 4D Audio.
Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any 4D Audio product, except where the applicable EULA expressly permits it or where you have a right to do so that cannot be excluded by law.
Licence Terms & Account Use
Licences are delivered electronically and are associated with your account in the 4D Audio Licensing Portal at 4daudio.klevraudio.com/login. You may install the product on an unlimited number of computers you own or control. What is limited is activation: each licence permits a limited number of activations. The full scope of the licence is set out in the applicable EULA.
4D Audio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, and to revoke any licence, where we reasonably determine that the account or licence is being used in breach of these terms, in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner, or in any way that may compromise the safety, security, or wellbeing of our website, the Licensing Portal, other users, or third parties. Where we do so, this does not affect any refund you are entitled to by law.
Fraud and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend accounts and revoke licences where fraudulent activity or a chargeback occurs.
Product Updates
4D Audio may update or modify its products at any time. Continued use of a product after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated product and of any resulting changes to its functionality or features.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our website, or the licensing systems and portal through which our products are delivered, will be available at all times or free from interruption. Subject to the Limitation of Liability section below, 4D Audio is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service downtime or interruption.
Payments
Products are paid for through Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Refunds and Cancellation
All sales are final. Because our products are supplied as immediate downloads, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. Any refund is at 4D Audio’s discretion, and where one is approved the associated licence is revoked and access to the related downloads ends. See our Refund Policy for the full position.
Copyright
All content on this website — product names, logos, graphics, audio, and software among it — is owned by or licensed to 4D Audio and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is." 4D Audio makes no warranty that our website or products will operate without interruption or error. Nothing in this section excludes or restricts the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to us, and as described. Those rights cannot be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4D Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and 4D Audio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.
Indemnification
If you use our products or website in the course of a business, you agree to indemnify and hold 4D Audio harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or website. This section does not apply to you if you are a consumer.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you live, and nothing in these terms limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country or part of the United Kingdom in which you are resident. We will bring any proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the place where that consumer is resident.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact us at info@4daudio.co.uk.
Version 1.0. Effective 14 July 2026.
This is the canonical End User Licence Agreement for every 4D Audio plugin. The same version is published at 4daudio.co.uk/policies and supplied with the Plugin installer. It does not change from one product to another: facts that differ between products, such as trial duration, activation allowance, system requirements and price, are stated on the product page, in the Portal, or when the Plugin is offered to you, and not in this Agreement.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL OR USE THE PLUGIN. BY INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING THE PLUGIN, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THEM, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PLUGIN.
1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS
"Licensor" means Alec Kahney, a sole trader trading as 4D Audio ("4D Audio" or the "Licensor"), contactable at info@4daudio.co.uk. A sole trader is not a separate legal entity: the contracting party under this Agreement is the individual named here, trading under the business name 4D Audio. For readability, this Agreement refers to that party as "4D Audio" or the "Licensor" throughout.
"You" or "Licensee" means the person who acquired the licence to the Plugin, whether by purchase or under a Trial Licence.
"Plugin" means the particular 4D Audio software product licensed to you, or otherwise made available to you, under this Agreement, together with all associated files, documentation, presets, and updates supplied with it. This Agreement applies to every product in the 4D Audio catalogue; the specific product you have licensed is identified at the point of purchase, in the installer, and in your Account.
"Account" means the user account you created, or were assigned, in the 4D Audio Licensing Portal, through which activation, access, and downloads associated with the Plugin are managed.
"Portal" means the 4D Audio Licensing Portal, the licensing, activation and product delivery platform provided on 4D Audio’s behalf by a third-party licensing provider and reached through the 4D Audio-branded subdomain at 4daudio.klevraudio.com, through which you register, activate, and access your licensed products.
"Trial Licence" has the meaning given in section 4.
2. RELATED DOCUMENTS
This Agreement governs your licence to use the Plugin, and nothing else. Three of the other documents published at 4daudio.co.uk/policies relate to it:
— The Refund Policy, which governs refunds and sets out 4D Audio’s position on them.
— The Privacy Policy, which governs how 4D Audio handles your personal data.
— The platform terms of the third-party provider that operates the Portal, which govern your use of that provider’s licensing and activation infrastructure.
The Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are separate documents. They may be updated independently of this Agreement, and the version in force at any time is the version published at that address. Neither forms part of this Agreement, and nothing in either of them reduces the licence granted to you here or your statutory rights.
The Portal is operated on 4D Audio’s behalf by a third-party licensing provider. When you register an Account, activate a licence, or download a Plugin, you are using that provider’s systems, and the provider’s own platform terms apply to that use. Those terms govern the licensing infrastructure only. They do not affect who owns the Plugin, the licence granted to you under this Agreement, or your statutory rights as a consumer. They are published by that provider at klevraudio.com/policies, and are linked from 4daudio.co.uk/policies so that you can read them before you use the Portal.
3. LICENCE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use the Plugin on any computer you own or control, provided you access it using your Account credentials.
You may install the Plugin on an unlimited number of computers that you own or control. What is limited is activation: your licence permits a limited number of activations. The activation allowance applicable to your licence is stated in the Portal and is not fixed by this Agreement, because it varies between products. The licence is personal to you: it remains conditional on your being the account holder, and the Plugin must not be used by multiple people.
This is a licence, not a sale. What you acquire is the right to use the Plugin under these terms. You do not own the Plugin, its source code, its underlying technology, or any intellectual property within it. Licence rights may not be transferred, assigned, or resold to any third party without the Licensor’s prior written consent. Any attempted transfer without that consent is void and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
4. TRIAL AND EVALUATION LICENCES
The Licensor may make a Plugin available under a free, time-limited, feature-limited, or otherwise restricted trial or evaluation licence (a "Trial Licence"). The duration, functionality, activation allowance, and other conditions applicable to a Trial Licence will be stated when the Trial Licence is offered, or within the Plugin or the Portal. They are deliberately not fixed by this Agreement, because they vary between products and may change.
A Trial Licence is granted solely to allow you to evaluate the Plugin before purchasing a paid licence. Unless otherwise stated when the Trial Licence is offered, it is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may not be sold, sublicensed, shared, or used to provide access to the Plugin to another person.
When a Trial Licence expires or its permitted use ends, some or all Plugin functionality may be restricted or disabled, and continued use may require the purchase and activation of a paid licence. The Licensor does not guarantee that projects, presets, settings, or other materials created using a Trial Licence will remain accessible, or will function in the same manner, after the trial ends.
The Licensor may limit the number or frequency of Trial Licences available to a person, Account, device, or household, and may refuse or terminate trial access where it reasonably believes that the trial system is being abused, circumvented, or used fraudulently.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, all other terms of this Agreement apply to Trial Licences.
5. WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO
You CAN:
— Install and use the Plugin on an unlimited number of computers you own or control, by logging in to your Account, subject to the activation allowance on your licence.
— Use the Plugin for personal music production, including non-commercial work.
— Use the Plugin for commercial music production, including paid releases, albums, sync licensing, film and TV scoring, client work, and live performance.
— Use audio output produced by the Plugin (rendered audio, recordings) in any project, commercial or non-commercial, free of restriction or royalty.
— Install the Plugin on a new computer if you upgrade or replace your hardware.
You CANNOT:
— Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or give away your licence to another person.
— Distribute, upload, or otherwise make the Plugin files available to others in any form.
— Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the Plugin’s source code or underlying technology, except to the extent that you have a right to do so which cannot be excluded by law.
— Modify, adapt, or build derivative works from the Plugin software itself.
— Use the Plugin under someone else’s Account, or allow anyone else to use your Account to access the Plugin.
— Rent or lease the Plugin to any third party.
6. ACCOUNT, PORTAL, AND ACTIVATION
Access to the Plugin is managed through your Account in the Portal. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure and confidential, including your username, password, and any activation codes or licence keys associated with your licence.
You agree to use the Portal solely for its intended purpose, which is registering, activating, and accessing products you have legitimately acquired. Each of the following is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
— Sharing, transferring, or disclosing your Account credentials or licence keys to any other person, for any reason;
— Attempting to access another user’s account, or to circumvent the Portal’s activation or authentication systems;
— Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or any other means to interact with the Portal in a manner not intended for normal end-user access;
— Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Portal’s backend systems, APIs, or licensing infrastructure;
— Creating multiple accounts in order to circumvent activation allowances or any other restriction;
— Using your Account to activate the Plugin on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone who has not acquired a licence.
If you believe your Account has been compromised, notify the Licensor immediately at info@4daudio.co.uk. The Licensor may suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin where it reasonably believes that your licence or Account is being used in breach of this Agreement, shared without authorisation, or used fraudulently, or that the activation system is being circumvented. Suspension does not waive the Licensor’s right to pursue termination or any other remedy.
7. UPDATES AND NEW VERSIONS
The Licensor may issue updates, bug fixes, or compatibility patches at its discretion. Any update provided under your existing licence is covered by this Agreement. Major new versions may require a separate purchase. Nothing in this Agreement obliges the Licensor to provide any particular update or to continue development of any Plugin.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Plugin, including its source code, underlying technology, audio content, presets, graphics and documentation, together with the product name and the 4D Audio branding, is owned by or licensed to the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved.
A Plugin may incorporate third-party frameworks, libraries, components, or content. Those remain the property of their respective owners and are used by the Licensor under licence. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership in them to you, and your use of the Plugin may be subject to the terms on which those components are licensed, where those terms are notified to you.
Acquiring a licence transfers no ownership rights to you. You acknowledge that you acquire only a limited right to use the Plugin as described in this Agreement, and nothing more.
The Portal through which the Plugin is delivered, licensed and activated is operated on 4D Audio’s behalf by a third-party licensing provider. That platform, and the technology underlying it, belong to that provider, and your use of it is governed by the provider’s platform terms as described in section 2. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership of the Plugin, or of any 4D Audio intellectual property, to that provider, and nothing in it grants you any rights in the platform itself.
9. AUDIO OUTPUT
Audio rendered or recorded with the Plugin is yours to use without restriction. You retain full ownership of any music or creative work you produce with it. No royalty or attribution to 4D Audio is required for any commercial use of that audio output.
10. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under it terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any of its terms. On termination, you must immediately stop all use of the Plugin and permanently delete every copy from your devices and storage, backups included. Termination does not entitle you to a refund, save for any refund you are entitled to by law or under the Refund Policy. Sections 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 survive termination of this Agreement.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE PARAGRAPH BELOW, THE LICENSOR EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS IMPLIED BY STATUTE OR COMMON LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED TERMS AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section excludes or restricts your statutory rights. In particular, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires digital content supplied to you to be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose you made known to the Licensor before purchase, and as described. Those rights cannot be excluded. If you believe a Plugin is faulty or not as described, contact 4D Audio at info@4daudio.co.uk.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS. THE LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits the Licensor’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits your statutory rights.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
13.1 This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 If you are a consumer, the choice of law in clause 13.1 does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the country, or part of the United Kingdom, in which you are resident, and the Licensor will bring proceedings against you only in those courts.
13.3 If you are not a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
13.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from applying for injunctive or other urgent relief to protect intellectual property rights. Where such relief is sought against you as a consumer, it will be sought only in the courts identified in clause 13.2.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VERSIONING
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Licensor concerning your use of the Plugin, and it supersedes all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the Plugin. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Each version of this Agreement carries a version number and effective date, shown at the top. The version that applies to your licence is the version presented to you, and accepted by you, when you acquired the licence or first activated the Plugin. A copy of that version is supplied with the Plugin installer. The Licensor may issue a new version of this Agreement for future releases or future purchases, but a new version does not change the terms on which an existing licence was granted unless you accept it.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
The Licensor shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the Licensor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet disruption, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events. Following any such event, the Licensor will make reasonable efforts to restore access as promptly as it can. This section does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. CONTACT
For questions about this Agreement or about your licence, contact 4D Audio at info@4daudio.co.uk.
Our products are owned by 4D Audio, and your licence to use them is granted by 4D Audio under the End User Licence Agreement above. What this section covers is how those products reach you: they are delivered, registered and activated through the 4D Audio Licensing Portal at 4daudio.klevraudio.com.
We do not build or run that portal ourselves. It is licensing infrastructure operated on our behalf by a third-party provider, Klevr Audio LLC, and presented to you on a 4D Audio-branded subdomain. Because you are using that provider’s systems when you register an account and activate a licence, the provider’s own platform terms govern that use. Those terms are published by the provider at klevraudio.com/policies.
These portal terms cover only your use of the licensing infrastructure. They do not change who owns the product — 4D Audio does — and they do not affect the terms of your licence or your statutory rights as a consumer, both of which are dealt with above.
